Segment Bisector

Weather vanes are an example of a segment bisector. A segment bisector is a line that creates two congruent    sides when it hits a segment. Weather vanes are specific to the meteorology industry and are used by meteorologists to predict the weather like the Doppler radar. I found this picture on: http://qualimetrics.com/tools-used-to-study-weather/ .
